Narratives are one of the most prevalent forms of writing in a pre-college school setting. They also can be some of the most emotionally impactful and the most fun to write. I’ve written many things over the years from short stories to poems to memoirs, and have used all of these experiences with writing, applying things I have learned to my latest assignment. I’ve written stories for English class almost every year throughout middle school and high school, with topics ranging from books we read in class and my own creative fiction. My favorite form of narrative writing is fictional because I like to create my own worlds within these stories.
In blog post #3, I talked about rebelling against unjust authorities, and used this attitude throughout my life. In blog post #4, I talked about being at a crossroads in life and how simple discussions with friends can help set you on the right track.
